We are sorry your order didn’t work out! Celebritips offers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return the product packaging must be unopened and in a re-sellable condition, and the product must be unworn and unused. This is for hygiene reasons.
Please note:
- Original shipping cost are not refundable.
- The return shipping fee will not be covered for refunds to the original form of payment, but you’ll receive a free return label if you choose store credit (domestic only).
- If you purchased a product from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly for assistance.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@celebritips.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an address for where to send your package or provide a return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For all damaged or defective products, domestic orders need to be mailed back to us. We’ll send a replacement for free and also provide a free return label.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
*Please note that orders containing free nails, free accessories, or mystery nails are final sale and ineligible for return/refund.
*Please note that international orders must be returned at the customer’s own expense. We are unable to provide prepaid return labels for international shipments.
Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges right now. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or as store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancel or Change
Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly (generally within 6-12 hours) so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact our team immediately at support@celebritips.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. During times of high order volume, we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments returned to us due to an error in the address provided. However, we can send a new order to the updated address once we receive the returned package from the post office.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Celebritips is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order.
