What’s the Best Nail Glue for Press-on Nails?

1. Start with clean, short nails. We recommend using the Perfect Prep™ Nail Dehydrator to remove excess oil and moisture your nails.

2. Find the right size. Our kits come with 32 nails in 16 inclusive sizes, so it’s easy to find the right one for you. Make sure the edges align with your natural nails. You can also use the included file to buff the nails slightly for an even better fit.

3. Use the broader side of the cuticle stick to gently push back your cuticles. 

4. Most importantly: use the file to buff the surfaces of your nails using a circular motion until there’s no shine. This ensures a long-lasting result. 

5. Finally, clean the surface of your nail with the included alcohol pad. You’re ready to apply.

Adhesive Tabs

Easy to use, lightweight, and gentle on natural nails, each Celebritips kit comes with adhesive tabs to apply your press-on nails. They are the perfect mess-free, commitment-free way to wear your favorite styles for three to four days. 

1. After your nails are prepped, place the clear tabs on top of each nail to choose the correct size. 

2. Pull off the tab and apply it to your natural nail. Lightly rub the surface of the tab to help it better adhere. 

3. Peel off the clear film cover from the nail tabs.

4. Hold your Celebritips nail at a 45° angle, aligning the end with your cuticle line.

5. Press the nail down slowly from the cuticle to the tip and hold it in place for at least 30 seconds. 

6. Pro tip: Start with your pinkies on both hands and work your way toward your thumbs. 

7. Finally, lightly buff the tips of your nails. Avoid water contact, cuticle oil, and moisturizer for at least three hours after you apply.

Super Hold Brush on Nail Glue

For longer wear without committing to a full gel system, Super Hold Brush-On Nail Glue is the middle ground between tabs and gel adhesive. When applied correctly, it provides up to three weeks of wear, and it's HEMA-free, TPO-free, FDA approved, and certified cruelty-free.

1. Use the precision brush tip to apply a thin, even layer to your natural nails, using a Z motion so that the glue is evenly distributed. Then, apply more glue to the back of the Celebritips nail.

2. Align the press-on nail with your cuticle line and press down at a 45° angle from the cuticle to the tip to avoid air bubbles.

3. Hold for 30 seconds. As with the nail tabs, start with your pinkies and work towards your thumbs.
